Before you begin:
Emergency grants are meant to help with unexpected, one-time financial emergencies that affect a student's ability to complete the semester. These are not meant for ongoing or chronic financial hardships.
To be eligible you must meet ALL of the following criteria:
1. Be actively enrolled in at least 6 credits in the current semester
2. Have completed one post secondary-education semester at MATC
3. Received a GPA of 2.0 or greater in most recently attended semester at MATC
4. Have a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher
5. Semester completion rate of 67% or higher for most recently attended semester at MATC
6. Cumulative completion rate of 67% or higher
7. Have not received an emergency grant this academic year
This form is confidential and secure. It takes about 15-20 minutes to complete. Application will not be able to be completed if requested documentation isn't provided.
