• Attendance Based Administrative Withdrawal 

  • This appeal is for the current term only

     

    • Complete one (1) form for each course you are at risk of withdrawal from 
      • Incomplete submissions will not be considered

     

    More information:

    - You are considered at risk of withdrawal if you were marked "A-absent, unexcused" for all class meetings in the first two (2) weeks of your course

    - The appeal decision will be based on a review of your attendance and input from the course's instructor

    - The Attendance Withdrawal Appeal group will communicate the decision to the student, in writing via email, when they have recieved a response from the instructor 

    - If you are have been withdrawn from a course for nonattendance, it will impact your financial aid

    - If you wish to appeal the instructor's decision - your appeal will be passed along to their Pathway Dean. The decision of the Pathway Dean is final

    1) You were marked "A - absent, unexcused" from all sections in the first two (2) weeks and

    2) If your attendance is complete.

    Please do not assume you have been dropped from a course until you are unable to access it in Self-Service or Blackboard.
